ORDER STATUS

How can I check the status of my order?

You will be able to track the status of your order through our Order Tracking page.  Simply input the Order ID on your purchase confirmation email as well as your email address to see your order status.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our delivery company.  You will be able to track the status of the parcel whilst with the delivery company through their tracking system.  A link to their tracking system will be provided when you receive your tracking number.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide using either our standard or express delivery options.

We will ship to the residential, commercial or PO box address provided at the time of checkout. If shipping to a business address, please be sure to include the company name at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Any order over $100AUD will automatically receive free standard shipping within Australia.

For orders outside of Australia or those requiring express delivery, our normal shipping rates will apply.

When will my order be delivered?

Standard delivery orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Express orders will be dispatched within 1 business day.

Following this, standard delivery across Australia will generally take 3–6 business days, however may be longer if your delivery address is in a country area.

You’ll receive email tracking notifications from our delivery provider once your order is in transit.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be changed. To make a change once you have received your order, you can get in touch with our team at the email below to arrange a return. To cancel or change an order prior to dispatch or for any inquiries, contact our friendly team at support@praetoriancode.com.au.

Can I change the shipping address once my order has been dispatched?

The shipping address used at the time of check out cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If your order has not been dispatched, contact our Support team at support@praetoriancode.com.au as soon as possible to make a change.

RETURNS

How can I arrange a return?

If you would like to return a product, simply contact our team at support@praetoriancode.com.au and provide your order number.

All change of mind returns must be made within the first 30 days and must be unused, unwashed, and odour free.

PAYMENTS AND COUPONS

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

How do I use a coupon code?

At the time of check out, before you enter your payment details, you will be presented with a field labelled ‘Coupon Code’.

Enter your Coupon Code and the discount will be applied to your order.

Do you charge GST or Sales Tax?

The price shown for all merchandise includes GST, which will be applied to all Australian orders.

International orders will not incur GST or Sales Tax, but your local government may charge import or stamp duty fees, so it is advisable to check with your local import authorities.

Can I get another copy of my receipt?

If you created an account at checkout, you can retrieve copies of your invoices through Order History via the My Account page.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at support@praetoriancode.com.au for a copy of your invoice.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

A refund will be applied to your account within 5 business days after the returned gear has been received and processed.
