DELIVERIES & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Your gear will be on its way to you within two working days of your order placement. We ship all products via a trackable service with Australia Post. We offer free Australia-wide delivery for orders over $50 AUD, via standard post.  Express delivery option is available Australia-wide, starting at $12.95. We also offer free World-wide delivery for orders over $200 AUD.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We generally find most orders are delivered within 3 business days after dispatch in metro areas, and up to 6 business days in regional and country areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping costs for international orders are dependent on your location. Please enter your address at checkout for exact prices.

Please allow around 10–20 business days for delivery of international orders, however we do not guarantee that deliveries will follow this timeline.

We offer international shipping with cost calculated at checkout. The final cost upon checkout does not include duty, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. We are not liable for payment of any such duties, taxes, or fees.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your new Praetorian Code gear and we have an easy return policy for your peace of mind. Simply specify the reason for return on the return slip (included with the original shipment) and return any unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days.

Please remember that unless your return relates to a faulty product, we are unable accept returns for gear that has been washed, worn or used in any way.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for discounted, promotional, or sale items.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”). Your options under the Praetorian Code Returns Policy are in addition to any rights you may have under the ACL.

PERFORMING A RETURN

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Praetorian Code products are manufactured to the highest of quality standards. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with a product you purchase from us, we ask that you contact us immediately via support@praetoriancode.com.au to arrange for a resolution.

We may require you to provide further information about the fault (such as photos) or return the product to us for inspection.

It is your responsibility to care for garments by following the care instructions on the label. We are not liable for damage or fault resulting from a failure to follow these care instructions.

Incorrect Item

If for any reason an incorrect item is sent to you, please let us know by emailing support@praetoriancode.com.au. We will arrange for its return, and the delivery of the correct item.
